pie charts below show questionnaire answers from the group of 20 college students. we asked them about bullying. 

50% of students who took part in the questionnaire answered yes to the 1 question. 

the second question. Majority of asked students answered that bullying happens the most in secondary school

the most of the asked students answered yes to the question 3. the reasons why they were bullying are equally: personal problems and being bullied in the past.

the answers to the question 4 were mainly cyber bullying and verbal bullying but 20% of the students said that the physical bullying occurs the most.

Panorama - Last Chance Academy

The panorama documentary about Baverstock Academy shows us how a typical day in that school looks like. Apart from the mainstream education there is a separate unit made especially for the disruptive or excluded students.

It is a secondary research observational footage of how staff cope with students who have been excluded or are too disruptive to stay in the mainstream education. Camera follows them and the staff in the "Leap"- a special unit, part of the school where students have a second chance to finish their education. 

The film is an edited footage of interviews with the staff and students and pre-recorded voiceovers explaining situation and giving us additional information. (statistics and facts)

With the help of drones we can see how the facility looks like from the bird view. Also a soundtrack makes the documentary more interesting to the audience. 

The documentary introduce the audience to the "Leap" students and a female voiceover makes the audience feel the caring atmosphere that the school staff is providing.
